We want you to love your skin results, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for products purchased directly from our website. Items must be returned in their original packaging to be eligible for a full refund of the purchase price.

Return Process

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Print this label and securely attach it to your return package.

  Pack and Ship

  Place the products in their original box or a sturdy mailer, ensuring they are well-protected, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
